Did 4 miles in the 'hood. plan on doing some serious gardening, though the heat may be prohibitive. Who's next?

Walked 3 miles with hubby! It was hard to finish - I wanted to quit after 2.25, but we perservered.

I did Denise Austin's Fit & Lite and Daily Workout.
And took a stroll with Sis-in-law and the kids - its a beautiful day!!!!
I have been dragging all day and now that I am done with my workout, I feel so much better.

Hi - newbie to WISH board...
I did - went to Curves for my first workout this week.
I have lost 24-25 pounds since Feb. 6. Initial weight loss was directed right at taking the Segway Tour. I wanted to make sure I wouldn't even look close to 250!
Made my goal, but last 6 weeks I've been fluctuating - up one, down two, up two, down one. I'm beginning to get really frustrated. At my last measurement at Curves, I had gained 1/4 pound, but lost about 3 inches total. So - I must be building muscle - BUT I WANT TO DROP THAT FAT!!! (and my bat wings!)
Perfectmatch 300 put me onto this board. I'm going to be a regular visitor.

I wasn't really motivated today, took me until late afternoon to make up my mind.
I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, which was half a mile. Pathetic, but at least I did it. Haven't touched the treadmill since last August!
Then I did 45 minutes yoga. Man, the sweat was pouring off my face.............................................. ....................:D

Ok, back to business. :p I did the 2 mile WATP video followed by 35 minutes (that's 2 more minutes than last time) of the Firm Up Fast video. Total 65 minutes. :hyper:

I bathed in DEET and went out for my 3.6 mile walk last evening around 8:30. Even with the sun down, it was still really humid, I brought my water with me...
Not supposed to be quite so humid today.:cool:

I really wanted to go home and go to bed. I went to Curves anyway, though. As usual, I felt MUCH better once I got moving.

I did a WATP's 1 mile tape and a 20 min. Windsor Pilates video!!!
I love the WATP's video. It's the first one I have.... I got the 1,2 and three pounds video's..... My DFiance is actually going to do it with me too! :)
