I don't remember seeing any BBQ facilities at the resort, though my guest certificate states that there are.
Can you remember where they are located? We'd loved to cookout while we're there at least once.
:D Thanks

As I rember there are a few charcoal grilles throughout the property between buildings. Last I heard they are supposed to be replaced with gas grilles at some point, may have been already, I don't know.

Thanks for the info guys - we're going to be there soon. On another note, are there hairdryers in the rooms and are pool towels available to check out? Those were the only two things I haven't found out yet.......

Now I can help :bounce:
Yes, there are hair dryers in the room and I do believe there were towels available by the pool.

There are pool towels in the bathrooms under the sink, they are also available at the front desk.

Just returned home this past Sat from Grande Vista. Yes the BBQ grills are at each building behind the stairs. And yes they have hair dryers and a supply of pool towels in your room..... I envy you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a safe trip!

No, no special pricing. I found an owner on www.tug2.net that is renting to me for a $900.00 for the week for a 2BR villa. Rack rate is usually $269.00 per night.

MsMulan,
They are having a special right now for 3 nights w/ two Seaworld passes for $570 I think with another 20% off for using your Mastercard. Our total for 3 nights/4 days is $508 w/tax. This is for a 2 bedroom. I guess that's not a GREAT rate but was the best I could find.
I have another question or maybe a couple :) for those that have stayed here. What type of boats do they rent at the lake? Are they similar to the ones Disney rents? Also, how deep are the pools. I know they just opened a new pool complex so if anyone has any information on those I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Hi again Debbie655 -
I believe the boats look like swans. Not sure if there are 'regular' looking ones though.
The main pool's depth goes from either 3.5 to 4ft to 5' in the middle and back to the 3.5 or 4' on the other side. I had to be on my toes in the middle, I remember that.
I can't remember about the lap pool, but the quiet pool was something like the main pool.
There is another thread going about MGV's new pool complex, you might want to look back a page or two for more info.:wave2:
