Dollar question...

We're renting a minivan from Dollar- do they have intergrated car seats? We are hoping not to have to bring the car seat...We've rented from them on numerous times, but had no need for a car seat then...Can I be guarentted (sp???) a carseat? I was going to call them directly, but I thought I'd post first. Also, do they have a AAA discount???? Thanks for helping!!

I rented a minivan from Dollar last December. It was a fairly new Dodge Grand Caravan with less than 14K miles on it. There were no integrated car seats in this van.

We had decided ahead of time to bring our car seats, so it really didn't matter. From what I have heard it is a coin toss as to whether you'll get a van with car seats or not.

My suggestion would be to call Dollar and see if they can come up with an answer for you.

Also...I believe Hertz is the only car rental with AAA discounts, but I could be wrong on that.
