MyPoints Reminder

Its been at least 30 days (for me at least) for the peeps that ordered the $5 Entertainment book through MyPoints. Of course my 750 points did not credit so I had to forward my confirmation email again this week and they say the points will show up within 5 days.

I'm having the same problem! I ordered mine on May 5 and still haven't gotten my points! I sent them a copy of my e-mail confirmation yesterday. Do you think I'll have my points in 5 days? We leave for WDW on July 31 and I wanted to get some gas cards for the trip, but don't have enough points without these.

I had the same problem. I ordered my entertainment book on May 3rd. I e-mailed my points last Friday, got the standard reply with the code for their referral to the problem. I e-mailed them back on Tues. after they had not responded for more than the 48 hours they said it would be. On Wed., they e-mailed me back asking for info, user name, home addy, etc. I e-mailed them the info back including the confirmation from ordering the book. Thurs., they told me I would have the points with in 5 days, and this morning, they are there!!! I am now trying to decide how to spend my points.
