any restaurants w/ animal sightings??

My friend has a son who is an animal nut!

Are there any restaurants in AK or AKR that have windows to look out to see?

No

You can eat at the AKL and see the animals from the overlooks before or after dinner.

But if you eat at Jiko (at AKL) request to sit next to the windows that face the water. There is a pretty pond/lake next to it and we saw a few ducks swimming by us. They're not always there but you never know. It was a neat place to sit. My 5 yr old dd enjoyed this very much.

although this restaurant is not at the DAK Lodge, The Coral Reef in Epcot looks into a 6 million gallon aquarium with sharks, rays, fish, etc... It has great theming and the food is good as well. This is probably one of the most unique restaurants in terms of how close you are to the marine life while dining (much better views here of the animals than at DAK Lodge while dining).
