Anyone do Denise Austin's Daily Workout or Fit & Lite?

I saw they are are Lifetime TV every weekday and was thinking of scheduling the TiVo to catch them each morning.
Has or is anyone doing them? Do you like them?
I think the variety of a new show each day would be a nice option. Are they always new shows? reruns?

I haven't done any of Denise Austin's workouts so I am just a bundle of questions. Thanks for any help.

No I only have basic local tv channels. But I do love her she is so energetic and motivating. :)



I'm gonna be hunting down some dvd workout videos because its really hot to walk outside.

I just did the Fit & Lite workout as well as the Daily Workout.

Fit & Lite:
Todays show was yoga poses and low impact aerobics.
It was filmed at Canyon Ranch spa and the workout was all outside with the catus.

Daily Workout:
Todays show was step aerobics and buns (ouch).
This one was outside at a resort on the Florida coast.
The last few minutes of the show was a success story of a women who lost 30 lbs.

In general I liked the workout. I did them back to back.
Denise Austin is really perky and positive.
They are on at 4 and 4:30 am where I live so I scheduled the TiVo to record them each day. With commercials its probably about 20 minutes per show.

Fridays Daily Workout is on Abs and Waist...I need that.
