Does anyone know if this is discontinued as a benefit with annual passes? I can't find it anywhere and I am very dissapointed if they have discontinued it. I think it was also avail with the old MKC.

I've never heard of this before, I would like to know too. We all have AP's and if my kids could eat free, that would definately help us.

Last year AP holders did have some resort /theme park restaurant perks. For example, at Tony's in the MK, an AP holder who purchased an adult entree from the lunch menu (between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM) was given the choice of a complimentary dessert or a complimentary child's meal. The same deal was available at several different resort restaurants and at Mama Melrose's (MGM) and the Coral Reef (EPCOT). There was also a 20% off offer at several restaurants in the AK that was good after 4 PM.
Unfortunately for us, these perks are no longer available - they expired on January 1, 2001. APs still have some restaurant discount perks, but none of them are for restaurants in the Disney owned resorts or the theme parks. MKC had similar perks and they also expired the first of the year.
Here's a link to the "DIS" page that lists AP benefits:

And here's the "DIS" link for DC benefits:

Deb Wills' site also has info on AP & DC benefits:

Enjoy your trip!
