Does anyone know where I can get Mickey confetti or a punch to make it?

I did see a punch on a website of the Castle at
www.laughingplace.com
than go to the store.
It looked very cool.

Also you might want to check out the thread on the DIS Board about scrapbooking. Sometimes they know where to find things like that.
