CP Lunch or Breakfast?

Hi, my DS (8) and I will be in the MK in late August. Last summer we had breakfast at the Brekafastasaurus which we both really liked. This year, he wants to try something new and selected the CP. My question is, do you recommend breakfast or a lunch there and why?

I was thinking the lunch might give us a nice touring break...

I would chose Breakfast. I have eaten Lunch and Dinner there and I was not crazy about the selections. You really can't go wrong with breakfast.

If you want to eat a little later in the morning, you could try for one of the last breakfast seatings, would still give you a break fairly close to lunchtime. Breakfast hours are shown as until 10:30 on allearsnet.com and it shows the first lunch seating at 11:30, so I would think if you got there around 10:20-10:30, it could be a brunch!

Another point in agreement with BigBabyBlues is that sometimes (not always), but the closer seatings prior to lunch seem to get a little more time with the characters as the restaurant is starting to slow down, and the characters are not as rushed. The breakfast selections are pretty good, but lunch/dinner are only fair.

I too vote for breakfast. The lunch offerenings were not impressive to us and the price is higher. The service and characters however were not to be beat. I have heard, but never experenced it, that going at the end of breakfast, as they are changing over to lunch, you can often get offerings from both at breakfast prices.
