Only one stinkin' pound but it was so good to finally break that plateau!
DH is still melting away, and I was really starting to get bummed out. Now, this has given me the nudge I needed to keep going!
Hope everyone is doing well!

Doesn't it feel great to break a plateau?! :hyper: And remember one pound is 4 sticks of butter!! That's a lot of fat. :teeth: As someone who's DH melted MUCH quicker than mine I know how it can sometimes feel a little discouraging but keep doing what you are doing and realize women have more to "contend" with ie the bloat fairy  then men do and are metabolism just isn't the same. DH lost over 100 lbs and I have lost about 55 and we started at the same time so he lost twice as much as me. He's at goal so he's working out all the maintenance kinks for me :teeth: By the time I get there we'll have it all worked out and know exactly what to eat to stay at goal. Keep up the great work and kudos to your DH as well! :)

I completely understand the frustration of plateaus! ::yes:: I had a very l-o-n-g plateau myself.....after quickly losing 25 pounds, it took my body almost a YEAR  to adjust to the *new* weight and finally allow me to lose another 20.....now I'm on for that *final* push of the last 12.....and my is it slow going

A pound is a pound is a pound. Thank goodness that is one pound that you should see no more. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll see more of those pounds come off
