There's been such a rumor for around ten years now. Don't hold your breath.

It would be Disney and George Lucas, not MGM. (Disney only licenses the MGM name for use at the studio theme park in Florida.) Star Tours is at four Disney theme parks.

They used to get along fairly well until this whole Star Tours Bruhaha. Supposedly, the film is dopne and ready. The problem is that Lucas wants the 15 year old simulators updated and Eisner wouldn't do it. George isn't a fan of hollywood types anyway, so their you go.
