I got out in the dreary wet this morn and walked 1/2hr
hopefully more after work

:wave: Still packing up and moving boxes at work, plus 30 minutes of cardio at the gym. Every inch of my body is aching! Only one more day of moving at work and I am done until the movers come to my house next Wednesday.

i just finished a 3.5 mile run on my lunch break. now i'm soaking with sweat, trying to cool off in time to teach the next bunch of kiddos!!!!

Just finished 30 minutes of cardio on my lunch break. I know what you mean about sweatin' and coolin' off, evansmom!

Walked 3 miles today - outside - TOO muggy - we're mall walking tomorrow! Have a great day everyone....looking forward to posting tomorrow!

I swam laps around the pool from 11:30 to 12:45, ran 1mile, walked 2miles= 3miles total, and swam another hour's worth of laps this evening!

I did the 2 mile, 30 min WATP video followed by 36 minutes of the Firm Up Fast tape. :D

Easy day for me, just the 30 min walk for day 2 of my couch to 5k.

Me! I finished two workouts today, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:

Well I guess I did, but not what I had hoped for. I wwent for a brisk walk around the 'hood. Better than nothing, but I was really hoping to squeeze a good cardio workout in.

I walked a half of an hour at lunch time, we had beautiful weather. I had planned on walking in the evening, but worked late, and then by the time dinner was done I was too tired.
Oh well, I'll do better today.

Kind of late posting for yesterday, but here it is!
DH and I walked 4 miles and ran 2 miles yesteday morning. I rode the bike for 60 min. last night.
Total steps for the day = 14,062
