This happened to us in Phoenix. I need help pulling up a swimsuit bottom (my arms are short) in a Walmart. I asked the gal if it was OK if my husband could help me as I could not do it by myself easily. I've lost weight and I wasn't sure which sizes would fit me.

She at first was not going to let me as "it might upset other customers... two people, especially a male and female in a dressing room". PLUS she was being monitored by security and if they saw us go in all hell would break loose.

So I asked about a family dressing which they had none. So I gave her the option... she could (or the guards) come in and pull up my bottoms and adust my straps if my husband couldn't help me. OR I could walk out 1/2 naked. :p so she could watch my husband pull them up.

She was actually very nice... and I understand the policies... but they do stink. She did let dh go in with me and we were all of maybe two minutes...

I kept waiting for the guard to come up or for someone to complain... LOL We don't live in AZ (yet) and the hotel was a good hours drive away so buying 3 sizes wasn't an option.
