Disney Store Sale! 50% Off!

Wow! We went to the Chicago Michigan Avenue Disney Store on saturday (5-29-04) and they had a great 50% off sale. We bought matching Mickey 04 tshirts (choices of grey, red, or white) for me, DW, and DD7 that were $9.99 on sale for just $5 each! Great quality shirts too! I bought the grill tong set on sale for just $12.25! They even had adult and kids button down "Mickey/Minnie Postcard" shirts and matching girls/womens dresses on sale. I bought the shirt for just $15 and the dress for my DD7 for just $12! What a steal!

We went to look at the 75th anniversary fiberglass Mickeys that were up and down State Street. Very fun to get pictures with them. They're in Chicago for a short time while making the trip from WDW to DisneyLand for the 50th DisneyLand anniversary.

Go see them in your nearest big city, they're fun!

i went today they are having a great sale!!! bought a bubble blower finding nemo for 9.99. some tshirts for 3.99
the patriotic shirts with mickey and 2004 on them for $5.00
just about everything was on sale in the store!

I went to the DIS store in Baton Rouge,LA and the prices were about the same. I really got some good deals. I bought everyone going with us in November 4.99 t-hirts.

Great deals today! I had a blast-
personal am/fm radios with earphones in Lizzie, Buzz, or Princess for $2.75 (batteries included)
Handheld mini Buzz water game with two cartidges and batteries for $2.25
Same great deals on T-****s as mentioned above
Mickey Hawaiian shirt for my 7 year old $10.99- same shirt for my 18 month old $7.99 (Will be great on our Dis. cruise)
I haven't had that much fun shopping in a long time!

Hello All. I am new to the board and love it! I just got back from the disney store. I bought myself a mickey sleeveless tank,a mickey tshirt for my 6 year old and a goofy tshirt for my 13. year old all on clearance for 4.99 each. They also had tshirts for 10.99 but if you bought 2 or more they were 5.99 each. they also had some of the small plush toys 50% off.

ummmm...I have worked in downtown Chicago for 20 years. Could someone please tell me where the Disney Store is on Michigan Avenue?? And where the Disney figures are on State Street? This is so embarrassing! Think I will take a lunch tomorrow and go check out some of the sights in Chicago.
