calling all Alamo experts, help!

I had resies for 10/27-11/17, booked air fair so I needed to change dates to 10/24-11/14, same exact amount of days, called the 1800# to change, asked if my rate would change or stay the same (132.99) a week and he said it would stay the same, I then checked my ressie on line and the price went up over $100, I called back anfd the best the guy could do was $140 a week. I verified with him, that I need no special coupon and he said no, but i pulled up on line and the rate code changed for YQ (internet rate) to BY, does any one know what BY means, is it a coupon code?

I don't know what the BY code means but I have a coupon for $20 off a 4 day or more rental you can have if you like. Its good for compact through minivan, not valid with any other discounts. Let me know.

Just wanted to ask if you have their "get to wait in the special line" card (lol, I can't remember what their preferred program is called. We used Alamo before and were very happy with the excellent price but it was quite a wait to get the car.
