I am seeing red

I was in my baton rough Disney store last night. I was picking up 2 of the Treasures DVDs (mickey and front lines) and i noticed all the RED dvd boxes. Is there a reason for this. I know it is a wierd question but what is up with those LOUD red boxes. I mean I know it is not a big deal but they take away from the DVD covers.

The red DVD cases are not the actual DVD's they are put on the floor to differentiate (sp?) from the empty boxes and the real DVDs that are now stored behind the registers.

I am glad someone knew what was going on. I didnt want to have red boxes all over my house. Of course it would make them easier to find when ABBYMOUSE hides them:teeth:

The reason they started using red dvd boxes (no dvds in red boxes) is because too many dvds were being taken from the stores without paying.
They are still stealing the red boxed dvds, but I would love to see the looks on their faces when they find no dvd inside.
All dvds are now kept behind the counter.

I did buy the CDs but the ones I picked on the shelf were not in red boxes.

And yeah the only disney store open in BR is at the Mall of Louisiana. The one in Cortana is closed.
