View Full Version : Announcing the times and places for the August BWV DIS meets

Okay everyone....about 2 months ago we discussed having a DIS Meet for all of those DISers who are visiting WDW the week of 8/26. I kinda got elected (thanks Gail LOL!!) to be the coordinator of this event so I decided to do 2 meets.


8/27 at 7:00 pm at the Luna Park Pool. I'll be sure to put some lime green ribbon on some chairs and a table or two. What Gail and I were thinking is that we would have the meet and then walk to EPCOT for IllumiNations.

8/28 at 8:00 am for a breakfast meet at Spoodles. They seem to have a good breakfast there. If anyone has any suggestions about going elsewhere, I am flexible and will change the location. We figured that everyone might then want to walk to EPCOT.


They are registered on the wdwinfo site under Magic Meetings, so if you'd like you can sign up there. Please if anyone has any suggestions about any of this please feel free to PM or e-mail me. Just be gentle...it's my first time arranging a meet.

Hi Kimberly - Thanks for taking on the organization of "our" Minnie meet at BWV!! I appreciate your getting the job done! I am going over to the Magic Meeting board to register now, but will be in touch with you by e-mail to see what I can do. Gail:wave:

Well, lets give this another bump.

Hi Lynaaron, nice to see another DVC member from Silicon Valley. I haven't seen anything for before the 27th...maybe you could set something up!!:D We will be at the BWV Aug 19-30th. We would love to met you. TTFN.

I'm so sorry to have to miss this meeting. We are arriving at OKW on 8/23, staying 3 days then off to the 4 day cruise on 8/26 and back at BWV on 8/30.
