First time ever at EPCOT at Night!

I can only tell you about LeCellier. It was fantastic! The cheddar chese soup and pretzel bread were both delicious and the steak was very tender. Our sever was great too! He brought out extra soup so we could dip the extra pretzel sticks in. And the meal that my sister and I shared came out on two nicely fixed plates. Have a great meal!

I know what you mean when you say your first time at EPCOT at night. I was never there at night until 3 years ago when we stayed onsite. It was great! You will have a lot of fun. Be sure to stay for Illuminations, it is spectactular!

Le Cellier beats all of the other World Showcase restaurants, hands down. It's actually our favorite restaurant in all of Disney!

We like SAI for lunch (like the menu better). We did lunch at Le Cellier and want to return for dinner next trip. We also liked Les Chefs in France (our adult night out) and our whole family loved Teppanyaki. So many good places, can't go wrong!

I just thought I'd put my two cents in for the Tangerine Cafe in Morrocco. We haven't tried the sit down restaurant, but the counter service food at the TC is wonderful - if you like that kind of food. My DW had the vegetable plate - cous cous, olive salad, lentil salad, hummus, bread, and something else. I had a combo plate with lamb, chicken, hummus, bread, cous cous and a side of lentil salad. It was absolutely wonderful! Plus it was less expensive. Not too many folks eat there, at least in our experience, and sitting outside under an umbrella was very nice! We're going to try Le Cellier at some point too, but we'll always eat at least one meal at the Tangerine!

Have not eaten at France or San Angel, but Le Cellier was wonderful! Could have made a meal out of the cheddar cheese soup alone!

Everytime I have eaten dinner at SAI I have had the same experience. The atmosphere is killer, but the food and service is murderous. It leaves me yearning for a Taco Bell with views of an ancient volcano! I've never tried the other two, but Marrakesh in Morrocco has excellent food and great views (have you seen the Belly Dancer?!?)...

Le Cellier is awesome, but:

My very favorite nighttime eatery in Epcot is the Rose and Crown. We love to make a priority seating for 7PM, and get a table outside everytime, right on the water.

If you want to see Illuminations the way it is intended to be seen, this is the place to be!!

It is worth the wait, and you can get a very nice dinner there. I love the fish and chips.

i guess it depends on the atmosphere too, we like large booths (private)
and darkish place, not bright and no loud music..

Le Cellier simulates a wine cellar atmosphere ? so it is a bit dark & cool. I don't recall loud music; I thought it was great! Jiko's also has a nice darker atmosphere for an evening meal (but is at AKL).

I know Le Cellier gets rave reviews here but we did not like it. It was noisy, crowded and the service was inconsistent. San Angel, however, if enjoyed at an off rush hour time, has always been a huge favorite for us. We loved the food and margaritas and have, in 9 years, never had bad service.

After all the raves about the Cheese soup I was disappointed, but the pretzel bread was excellent. The steaks were good and I think we had garlic mashed potatoes. It was okay but would not be at the top of our list for a return visit. We like Teppanyaki, but you sit at a table for 8.

I've eaten at Le Cellier 2x (good) San Angel Inn once (food was ok, but I really didn't care for the wait staff and the tables are uncomfortably close) and Chefs de France once and I thought the food at France was far better. Though it sounds like the atmosphere at LeCellier is more what you're looking for, it's definitely dark there, and CdF is more light and open, we had a window seat.

I just ate at San Angel Inn about a week ago. The selection is pretty limited. I was with some people who were looking for more traditional mexican food (tacos, burritos, ect.) and there wasnt a taco in site. The food was good, but not great especially for the price.
