PBH Club Level Room location help please

I have called reservations several times and cannot get a straight answer.:(

I reserved 2 club level rooms 1 king and 1 with 2 queens. Where are these rooms located - which wing? We have stayed several times at PBH but not at Club Level in this hotel. I was thinking they are in/near the Riviera Delfino restaurant - but really don't know.

Are they near the beach pool? What floor are they on? What are your view choices and which is best?

Club level rooms are deluxe rooms and are located on the 5th and 6th floor of the villa wing. You will most likely get a view of one of the pools. There are also a limited number of club rooms that overlook the bay.

Could you tell me where is the club lounge located? Is it on the 5th or 6th floor in the villa wing or somewhere in close proximity?

The club lounge is actully located just off the lobby near the entrance to the villa wing. It could potentially be a long walk depending on where your room is.
