Just wanted to remind low carbers about this program on the Food Network. Last week was the first episode and even though I'm not on a low carb diet I wanted to check it out and found it a great show. ::yes:: He was very fun to watch and that show was about "cravings busters" so it was full of recipes for pizza, "mock" pasta, and a parfait that low carbers could enjoy. It's on again tomorrow at 12:00 est so if you get a chance check it out. ::yes:: His progress on a low carb diet is quite impressive!!

That Fruit Margarita looked really good! I like how he poured a little Brut champagne on it to make the sugars of the fruit come out - looked delicious! :sunny:

I never miss George Stella, he was my INSPIRATION!

His family did it together, and showing my son the show on how his son lost all that weight and became a "heartthrob" changed Michael's life!

The Disney connection: He's the chef at the Grand Floridian! :bounce: Cooool!

I had no idea he was the chef at the Grand Floridian! How cool! :teeth: I watched again today and find him so entertaining and informative. Thought it was really interesting that he said that he prefers natural foods (like the spaghetti squash) as opposed to low carb substitutes. Not being on a low carb diet I don't know how different the tastes are but he really pushes the whole foods as opposed to substitues. ::yes::
