Do Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure do Character Meals as they do in WDW?

There is a breakfast at IOA on friday, Saturday and Sunday. It's at Confisco's and it includes all the characters from Seuss Landing. I am planning on going on my next trip. Everyone who has attended has really enjoyed it.
