Sold Out or Not Booking Yet?

I was enquiring online about rates for February 2005,and I got back Dates unavailable. Does that mean they're not booking yet, or I should have booked last year? We're trying for RPR.

I called a couple of times to 1-800-BeAStar, and they'll start taking 2005 reservations in june only.
