Pomme de Glace ® is an apple version of ice wine. It contains nothing but cold concentrated fruits. Yours to discover
Clos Saint-Denis operates both an orchard and a wine yard, at Saint-Denis, right by the Richelieu river. The terroir characterized by the rich clayey soil, a vestige of the long-gone Champlain sea, a careful selection of varieties of apples, and a typical spread of temperature ranging from hot summers to spells of well below zero temperatures in the winter explain the uniqueness of Pomme de Glace ®.
The winery also produce typical white and red wine as well as wine and cider vinegars. Finally it offer various by products derived from it's Pomme de Glace, whether it be gift presentation, a surprising cheese called "Delice des Appalaches" which is cured with Pomme de Glace ® or pure black chocolate with Pomme de Glace® filling.
