How to phone WDW???

Can someone please tell me how to 'phone - is there a dialling code from the UK ?
I just plucked up the courage to try to phone for Priority Seating but failed miserably...
Also when is the best time to 'phone? Someone said Midday, but others seem to 'phone in the middle of the night ( Maybe it's cheaper then?)

You do need the international dialling code for the US - 001.

For PS reservations, you should dial 001-407-939-3463. They open at 7am Eastern time, which is midday here in the UK, and close at 10pm weekdays, which is 2am here. I've found midday a good time to call, but haven't tried 'in the middle of the night'!

I booked a Fantasmic dinner package at Hollywood & Vine, breakfast at Chef Mickey's and dinner at the Rainforest Cafe in Animal Kingdom. I'm so excited!!!

Only done the H&V Fantasmic package of the 3. Excellent buffet. Yum!

Did Ohana at the Polynesian a few weeks ago - also very good.
