The computer gets packed tomorrow so I'll be off line for a while. I've been trying to maintain during the chaos, but I don't think I've deen doing as well at that as I need to. Onec we get set up in our new place I will definitely need to re-commit to Atkins & spend some serious time on induction. In the meantime, please send some PD my way to help me stay as close to plan as I possibly can! I don't want to go backwards on all the progress I've made so far! I have to be careful, because all my shorts are big so I can feel like I'm doing OK when I'm wearing them even if I'm not. So far, my smaller size jeans have kept me in line - maybe I need to go shopping for some smaller shorts!
I'll check back in as soon as I can from FL! I'll be hoping to set up DIS meets so I can get to know more of you in person! :wave:

Great for you and the fam! PD for a low-stress move. Try not to think about the food and when it's time to eat, pick something wise. I find it's easier to choose the right thing when I don't obsess about the forecoming meal all day. for me at least

Hey Nancy - you may have already shut off your computer - but you know I'm thinking of you and Barry - I'm so tickled that you dream is coming true.

You've lost even more since we last spoke - good for you! I'm still losing too - 24 lbs and 27 total inches - I made the "fabulous fifties" board at Curves! (over 50 pounds/inches combined)

I'm stuck in a rut now. Think I'll start visiting this board for some encouragement!
