the central reservations office phone number for Disney is 407-934-7639. I did not see a 1-800 number listed for this office. Hope this helps.

Try 1-800-828-0228---it worked last week when i tried it. i asked the cm if this was cro, it had alot of options and i just held on for the operator. hope it works.
