How long to get Webcert from Mypoints?

I have enough points to cash out for a Webcert from Mypoints, but am concerned about ordering one. The site states that it takes 7-10 days for the Webcert to be sent; is this accurate? How long should I expect to wait to get the Webcert?

I ordered arrived about one week after I ordered it.

I usually get mine in about 10 days. A couple of times they didn't come that fast and I emailed Webcertificates directly and I had it within one day.
