I took that momentum and cleaned my house!! I was huffing and puffing and still working hard so I think I did the 1 mile and then some lol.

Some days my knees just cant take the WATP tapes. :(

Did anyone else do any unconventional exercise today?

Well not today but over the weekend I mulched our sloped bed in our side yard which is 24feetx12feet, Layed 36 feet of concrete scalloped edging in front our deck and gardens edge, planted 5 containers, filled a very large raised bed (15ftx4feet) w/ 1 layer stone, 2 layers compost and 1 layer peat moss! all that shoveling of soil, mulch and stone into a wheelbarrel then putting it in place - I'm still tired!

Binny i know it's hard but try to hang in there with the watp tapes. They helped me and my husband so much and he was much larger than i at the time and has knee problems. After a week or so he mastered the one mile and he's knees actually stopped bothering him. The more he done them the better he would feel. Now he's joined the gym and can out work me anyday on the treadmill and step machines still carrying more than 100 lbs more than me! So have faith and try try try to stay with it. He moved to the 3 mile with weights and lost 125 lbs with the help of those tapes. Now he's working on his last 50 or so he wants to loose. Best wishes
