Film developing

I was wondering about film developing in the parks. I am sure that it cost more than if you go to Walmart, but in a pinch I would like to know if I can download photos from a digital camera and print/or put on a CD the photos I take? Once I get going I tend to take ALOT of pictures. Someone told me that in most parks they have places to develop photos. Does anyone know about the cost of this? :wave:

I think it would be worth buying extra memory for your camera to avoid this. It will be expensive to get them developed there and will take time that could be better spent taking more family photos.

Do you have a laptop?
If you do, bring it along and download your photos in your room! This is our plan!! I KNOW that I'll take tons of pictures!

I dont have a laptop myself but my nephew does. I will check and see if I can borrow it from him and then download from there. That sounds like a good idea! Thanks::yes::

We went to Walgreens daily to download mine to a cd for only 3.99. And their photo printing quality was OUTSTANDING! Much better than Walmart/Sam's.

(I had TWO 256mb cards and one (practically brand new) crashed in the middle of MGM!) :(

I am not renting a car while we are there so that would not help. I may just bring my "regular" camera as well for a back up. Thanks for the help though:wave:

Sorry, I didn't realize you wouldn't have a car! I believe it costs 11.99 to download to a cd at the parks. I'm pretty sure our resort even had photo services available for send out.

Well I guess if I was in a real pinch that 12.00 is not going to break me. I would rather not have to keep in my head how many pictures I can take and miss taking pictures of everything. Thanks again for the info:wave:
