Disneyland Dessert Buffet - Now with Reservations!

According to a CM in the Disney Gallery, you will now be able to make ressies for the Fantasmic Dessert Buffet up to 30 days in advance. They were still trying to work out the details, but the short version seems to be that you can call guest services to make the ressie!

Sorry Sarangel, went brain-dead for a moment. Your title tells where it is located. So just information on what it is would be the better question.

This is something I've never actually nerved myself up to spend the $$ on, but want to some time (it's just hard to rationalize spending $82 for dessert for 2).

The deal is that you can reserve space on the terrace of the Disney Gallery for dessert and seating for the Disneyland version of Fantasmic! which has an unobstructed view. The other option for Fantasmic is to line up on the edge of the rivers of America and wait several hours. Hope that answers your questions.

I did this years ago before I stopped eating dairy and eggs. I don't remember how much it was then, but it was definitely less than $82 for 2. This was before everyone knew about it and you could get a same-day reservation with little hassle. I do remember the dessert buffet was all-you-can-eat, so we skipped dinner and filled up on as much dessert as we could hold. I remember thinking it was worth it.

However, I think the view from "ground level" is better because the balcony is so far away, even though the view is unobstructed from there. If you time it right and choose the right spot, you don't have to wait more than an hour for a good view.

But it was still fun to try it out. I might do it again if they could do desserts without dairy and eggs.
