Good morning - Walked for 1/2hr outside this morn
Im up 4200 steps - hoping for another hr after work

went to the gym - did a cardio/weight circuit. Good workout after my mothers day indulgances!

after two days of not-so-WW-friendly eating ;)
this morning I did my walk/jog program. i'm still feeling really draggy after a week with a virus, but it felt good. it was about 55 mins and we cover approx 5 miles

Got 2 miles of walking/running in at lunch! Hopefully will get some sit ups done this evening.

OH mom.....we are in the same boat............
I have been sick all last week and still are feeling the tail end of it.
Howver, I just did jog/walk for about 50 minutes and covered about 4 1/2 miles.............
But I too am still feeling it!

I am happy to announce, for the first time here, that I did!!!!
I did a 25 minute beginners yoga workout!
I thought it would be a breeze, man was I wrong!
But I feel great now that I did it.

Yippee!! I logged 35 minutes on the treadmill yesterday and did some movements on my stretchy band so I'm pretty pleased with myself. I am hoping to get on the elliptical today and get my pilates in.
