thanks for the grats and welcome for checking in the my dibeties dr is please very much and only wants to see me in a couple months in stead of every month he regulated my meds for right now and i love to say they are working i fell on the wagon though and i am trying so hard to get back on but for right now i am not as hungry with the meds and they cut my hunger down and thanks to that i lost the 5 pounds but i need to lose alot more and that is why i need to get back on the wagon. can you help me out for some ways to get back on i'm its kinda hard to start back up again i keep saying i am gonna start tomarrow and i haven't started yet so hopefully you guys can help me out and try to encourage me to get back on track thanks so much for all you guys did in the past.

It's good to hear that you don't have to see the doc so often. That's progress right there.

Okay, you want some encouragement. Here ya' go! Don't wait until "tomorrow" to get back on the wagon. Know why? Say it with me - "because tomorrow never comes". "Tomorrow" turns into "I might as well wait until the weekend is over" or "I'll start fresh on Monday". One of the reasons I think we put off starting over again is that we think there will be a more convenient time or it will be easier to lose the weight. But you know what? I'll share something with you that was shared with me. It will never be easy to lose weight!. The time is now sweetie. The place is here. I know you can do it. The support on this board is just fantastic but you know that already.

Thanks. You are right tomarrow usually turns into i'll wait till Monday because it's the beging of the week. I think i may start today depending on what goes on today. Thanks again.
