HI! What does it cost to join the Disney Vacation club? What are the annual Costs?

The current investment for DVC (purchased from Disney) is approximately $10,000. Resales can be a cheaper option, but include closing cost so should be looked at to ensure a better deal.

The annual cost currently run aroun $3 to $4 per point depending on which location you own at.

The minimum initial point purchase is 150 points.
