...but I'm unclear as to what we use on the airplane for a 2 and a 4 year old. Do we use a car seat, a special harness,or just the airplane seat belts?

Under 40 lbs. use a car seat, over 40lbs, the planes seat belt works just fine.
No harnesses are allowd.
