Do you have to stay at Universal Studios to use the "No Line No Wait"???

Me and my family are staying off-site U.S and WDW. I know you can use the fast pass in Disney even if you are not staying in there hotel, but is it possible for us to use the NLNW in U.S?????? This is our first trip to either Theme Parks. Please answer ASAP we are leaving VERY soon.
