I don't think I have a copy of this. What do I do to have it replaced?

Or what if I have a copy?

Panicking right now:(

I believe all you have to do is give them the child's name and they can replace it for you. Just see guest services at one of the parks when you arrive.

Jennifer, thanks so much. I sure hope you are right. Worst yet, I lost my friend's pass, not mine. So I cannot even help her to get it replaced :(

i think you have to show your drivers id to check the status of the ap, unless the ap have #s on the back like the regular passes, then you would need those # for guest service to do a trace.

i had US passes that i lost and i just found the receipt, with my grocery list on it from a year ago.lol.lol

well on our recent trip i brought the receipt with and US took the #s off it and printed new tickets....... thank goodness, i would have cried 4 tickets, 2 days left on each, no exp.

good luck

I washed all of ours on our last day this past trip. I went to Guest relations the morning we were leaving and got them replaced. Just needed Driver's Lic. for me and DH and just had to give DS name for his. The CM said this happens all the time - she said the worst is when people get all the way to WDW and realize they left them at home! She said that is the reason that they are now the paper cards as opposed to the hard plastic. When they were the plastic they had to charge a $10 replacement fee. Now they just replace them - no fee.

Good Luck

Each AP has the individual's name on the back of it. So no need to worry.

Have a great trip.
