Don't know what stores you have in your area but Value City Dept Store has disposable cameras 27 exposure for $2.99. Wolf Camera has Polaroid 27 exposure 2 for $7.77 this week only.
I know you can usually get them at walmart or target for $4 or $5.
I bought a few with black & white film for $7.99 at Target for some different pictures.

Target has Kodak double packs on clearance. You get one sharpest color and one with black/white film. I paid $3.74 for this. Makes the cameras $1.87 a piece. Can't beat that, especially Kodak.
Also, you might want to keep your eye on Sunday ads. Fugi film had four 1.00 off coupons about a month ago. I bought the best quality ones they had at Target for $3.38 after the coupons. I now have 10 throw away cameras for our upcoming trip. Now lets just hope I remember to take the pics.

I'd be careful with the really cheap cameras. I used those on our first trip. Most of them were fine but the flash would not work on a few of them.
This time I started picking up cameras from Rite Aid about two months before our trip. This time I stuck with Kodak and Fuji.
I kept checking for sales. I was able to get most of them 2 for $7.99. The water camers (Fuji) were $9.99 and the Kodak Plus Digitals were only $10.99.

I picked up some Jazz brand cameras in Wal-Mart to use in my nursery school class. I can't remember exactly how much they were, but they came in multi-packs and were quite a bit cheaper than the name brand cameras. I've used 6-8 so far, and I haven't had trouble with one yet. My co-teacher and I compared my shots from the Jazz cameras with her shots from a Kodak disposable camera, and there was no difference.

From Sam's Club. They come in packs of 3, individually boxed.
The 3 pack is $12.87.
These work great, give great photos and Im not worried about losing them. I place one of those free address labels we are always receiving or write my name on ours in case I leave it somewhere.

I was in the Dollar Tree this weekend and they had a reuseable camera for $1 and a roll of 35mm film for a dollar.
