Priceline Hotel question

Does anybody know if all Priceline reservations are guaranteed for late arrival? My flight doesn't arrive until 10:16PM and wanted to make sure that this is the case before I bid. Thanks.

Yes, and it is stated as such on the first page where you enter the city and travel dates.
