My husband, 5 yr old daughter, 2 year old son and I will be trying to get seating at CRT. I am not a breakfast eater and do not like the menu that I have seen for the CRT breakfast. I don't eat eggs and everything else seems very fried and fattening. Does anyone know if I can attend the CRT and just not eat without paying the $19.99? It just seems an awful waste of $20 to have to pay for a breakfast I know I will not eat, especially when it is preplated.
Thank You!

As far as I know you do have to pay for the breakfast. Consider it entertainment expense. We had a nice bowl of fresh fruit and some rolls that were not too fattening when we were there. I love the french toast!

They do have something called the low fat option. I think it was yogurt and granola, etc.
The chocolate muffins are DELICIOUS. The rest was only tolerable. And I do not eat eggs either.

We thought Cinderella's Royal Table was expensive and fattening -- but worth every penny and calorie! Many people have reported that they found the breakfast to be just so-so, but we thought the food itself was great. We do enjoy breakfast foods, though we don't often get up in time to prepare them in the morning.
My vote: Enjoy the breakfast and don't worry about the calories. Have a small salad for lunch to make up for it.

I know the character dinners offer a no eat option. You pay like a $5-7 entertainment fee and get no meal. I am not sure if CRT has that option... you can call WDW Dining and ask them...that was how I found out about the dinners.

You're really not there for the food. You're there for the entertainment and the chance to see Cinderella in the castle. If all you're after is a decent breakfast at a reasonable price, go to IHop.princess:

I know that if you request any special diet meals 24 hours in advance they can accomodate your dietary needs.
Even if you just want something different perhaps they can make you a special meal. (like vegetarian, no carbs, etc.)
It's worth checking out. And yes, the food is not the real reason for having breakfast at the castle. Besides, byu the time you actually have time to put the autograph book down and put the camera away, your food is cold.
