PO-OR $89 rate?

We are thinking of going to WDW in mid-Sept. for 3 days/2 nights and are looking at options to stay on-site. Saw a post here somewhere where someone had gotten PO-RS for $89/night. Is this a special promo.? If so, how do you get it?

I used the codes to book my trip in Sept. I got the $89 rate for the POFQ and CRS -5 nights each.
