Does anyone have any suggestions on the type of shoes an adult female could wear for the water park? If you have sandles on, do you wear them on the slides.

Any tips on this topic would be appreciated. I am in final shopping mode and this has me stumped.

We bought some cheap (~ $6 each) water shoes for myself and husband. They are just like the water shoes for kids. I wear my Teva sandals everywhere but they are a bit heavy for the waterparks so these watershoes are perfect for us. Lightweight, drain water quickly and the protect your feet.

Hi JoshMom5:

Have you ever tried water shoes? Some people call the water socks...but they are great and work very well at the water parks and they keep your feet from getting burned while walking on the very, very hot pavement. These shoes will be great while you're on the slides as well.

I think you'll like the water shoes they have available at Wal-Mart. They are less than $5 a pair. I got a cute aqua blue pair, but when I tried on my size (7), I found they were a little big, so I ended up buying a size 6. So, be sure and try a pair on before you buy because you want these shoes to be snug so they don't come off in the water.

I found these shoes in the middle aisle with all the beach towels. You can also find them in the shoe department next to the plastic flip-flops.

Hope this is of help to you! Good luck!
