We are going to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Blizzard Beach & Epcot in mid-June. I had found a website at one time that planned for you what days were best for each park. Does anyone know what that website is? Also, does anyone have suggestions for days to go/not to go to certain parks?

The site is www.allearsnet.com and you can find it under some links. Someone probably knows exactly where it is. Another suggestion I've seen on here is go to whatever park had an extra magic hour the day before.

I have also heard to avoid the parks with early morning entry, at least for the morning portion of the day. You could park hop and then go to that park in the afternoon.

I did a little bit of research based on several popular WDW books at my library and this is what I discovered for the timeframe I was going:

Sunday - MK early admit, MGM busiest day, MK good day, Epcot good day, AK good day and Overall Least Busy Day.
Monday - AK early admit, AK busiest day, MK busiest day, MGM good day.
Tuesday - MGM early admit, Epcot busy day, AK Busiest day, and Overall Busiest Day.
Wednesday - Epcot early admit, MGM Busiest day, AK Busiest day, Epcot Busy day.
Thursday - MK early admit, MK busiest day, MGM busy.
Friday - AK early admit, Epcot busiest day, MK good day, MGM best day, Overall Least busy day.
Saturday - MGM early admit, MK busiest day, Epcot good day.

This may or may not be helpful but I am trying to use it as much as possible for my trip end of June.
Some of these seem to be conflicting but that is because they come from various sources (Disney website, AllEars.Net, Fodors ...)

I'm not sure if it is accurate, and obviously it can change with the whim of a million people, but I think it may just help a little bit.

My DF and I just returned yesterday from WDW. I highly recommend doing the EE. This gives you an hour before the parks open and we found for the first hour the park was open to everyone it was not crowded at all. So for 2 hours we walked right onto rides. Our EE day at the magic kingdom, we did Space mountain, the race cars, Splash mountian and Big Thunder Mountain by 11am. Then we usually did a fast pass and then ate an early lunch around 11:30. Then when everyone else was eating lunch the park was empty. We did the early entry once at each park and never waited more then 15 minutes in a line. We were there at a less crowded time than you and we moved fast b/c it was only 2 adults. But, we found thus worked so well for us.

I don't know how accurate this site is...

Try this one too! Someone suggested it to me a couple of months back:
