Any experiences with Sky Auction for timeshares?

Has anyone done business with Sky Aucation for renting timeshares? Do you need to attend a presentation at the timeshare resort?

I purchased a week at the Florida Vacation Villas
on Skyauction last year. Unfortunately, we were
not able to go. We were refunded part of the
money we had paid for the week but it was
difficult. They answer e-mails with very vaguely
worded messages. I finally telephoned and
it was sorted out in about five minutes. I would
only use Skyauction if it was really short notice
travel.
