If you have problems with blisters, purchase a product called "moleskin", and no......they are not really the skins of moles. You can purchase it in a roll or in patches. Apply a fresh piece to blister prone areas each day when you start out. It is like using a band-aid but this stuff really sticks and really protects your feet from the friction that causes blisters. You can even wrap toes easily. Buy it in the foot care area of your local drug store.

**very important** don't forget to pack a pair of scissors! Moleskin without scissors is very frustrating!!

I cut different size pieces to bring to the park each day. Moleskin is great for blisters.....
