What are your goals for today?

It looks like everyone had a good day yesterday. :bounce:

Hats off to you who fought back the cookie monster and refused to be a couch potato! :smooth:

So drink that water and move your booty today!!

For me goals today are:

1. Water...100 oz. (32oz down so far)

2. Treadmill 30 minutes

3. Positive Meditation 15 minutes

4. NO SNACKING! My big problem!

Melissa, glad to hear you did so well yesterday!!

Today my goals are:
1. Take meds & vitamins (done).
2. Drink 64 oz water (working on it).
3. Eat 60g carbs or less. I've got my food planned out for the day - no problem!
4. Walk 15 minutes during my lunch break.

I met all my goals yesterday and I'm feeling more confident today! :sunny:

I weighed myself again this morning - I won't make a habit of it but I dropped 3 lbs in the first day! ::yes:: It is psychologically helpful that it happened to drop be from the 1y2 to 1x9.

Had a nice veggie & cheese omelete for breakfast & green tea.
I missed my mid morning snack because I had a client here. So my goals as of noon are:

1- finish up this liter of water
2- have a salad with grilled chicken breast for lunch (chicken left from last night)
3- head off to the Y to work out
4- live up to my "2" days cheat free.

I have decided that I will change my cheat free counter each morning - that way I have to live up to a cheat free day:teeth: Anyone else do it this way?
