I didn't see a thread, so here it is

I did Taebo for 40 minutes and also jogged

Went to the Y this morning & had a trainer show me how to use the equipment & help me set up an exercise program. I start with cardio, then strength, then stretching. It took 1.5 hours for him to show me the equipment - I also went through the entire routine in the process. Every muscle in my body felt it.

Tomorrow afternoon - I return to the Y.

my cold is f-i-n-a-l-l-y gone....and this morning I was once again motivated to do a butt kicking workout.....cardio/weight circuit.....

now I may go join the gang of kids in my yard that are having a wter gun fight! :p

I just did the firm's maximum cardio burn plus abs, it felt really good to workout today. I didn't get the chance this week-end and I really could tell.

I did the weight circuit, walked/jogged 2 miles on the treadmill and did a 15 ab/stretch class. They decided to have a fire drill at the gym so I didn't get my full 2 hours in:(

Hey Gshoe...........
did you read my reply on the other thread about walking 2 minutes and then jogging? Just wondering if you have tryed that yet.......

I walked a 1/2 hour at lunch, and in the evening I did my 1 mile WATP with weights and 15 minutes of toning and firming.

I really work the machines really hard and slow down on the recovery pads. I found that if I went all out on the pads then I didn't get much of a workout on the machines!

30 minutes of Tae-bo and 25 minutes of working my abs, thighs, & buns with renewed spirit ::yes::
