today I started a walking/jogging program from the Muscle/Fitness HERS magazine and did 25 mins of yoga

I was done by 8 a.m. this morning and it felt great!

I took DS for a nice long walk in the jogging stroller. It was another warm & sunny day here in NJ!

Count me in! :teeth: Today was the first day of Month 3 of the Couch to 5K program I'm doing! 8 minutes of jogging! :eek: and 22 minutes of walking. Wow were my calves feeling it! Great job everyone! ::yes::

I walked just under four miles! About a 45 minute walk, and after not exercising for a few days :( it felt great. Lots of people out and about by the lake on this lovely sunny afternoon! :sunny:
It's not warm, but it's getting closer...

KayandJim00 - What is the Couch to 5K program? I am interested! Please share info!

Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 37 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
