6 second abs!!

WOWZERS!!!

my abs kill today --- I got this machine type thing over the weekend and used it yesterday for the first time -- I did 20 regular crunches, 10 to each side then 10 leaning back using my legs ( to to the "pouch"as they say in the infomercial) YIKES !! Its working

anyone else have one of these?? Michelle

Never heard of it, but glad it's working!! I've been doing Pilates for my abs - need to get back into the routine.

I don't have an abs machine (as anyone who knows me can tell;) ) I have been walking ALOT and trying to get back into doing the firm at least 3x/week.

I see you are going to WDW for Halloween - I did the MNSSHP last year and it was FUN!!! Your going to have a BLAST

We tried out June last year -- Wow was it ever hot ! I can say unless circumstances change we will try never to do that again!!

We can't wait to try the Halloween party - we all even have our Costumes already !!!

Good luck with your walking - my abs are not quite so sore today as I took off yesterday but will be using it again tonight so tomorrow might be bad again.. OH well it will get better and they will get smaller!!!
