How did you move your body on this wonderful Sunday afternoon?

I did FIRM BSS1 ab sculpt and I did all advanced moves. I always feel so energized after a FIRM work out.

Who is next?

Does yardwork count? That's what I've been doing.....raking, pruning, moving wheelbarrow loads of compost *stuff*.....I'm so glad spring has finally arrived in my little corner of the world!

I did FIRM CA&WT. I did it the whole way through for the first time ( I hadn't done the chest or abs before). I was really proud of myself!

I mowed the lawn for an hour in the morning and in the evening I did a 2 mile walk. When I started doing the 2 miles it took me 45 minutes and then 40 minutes, so I am happy with cutting it down to 35.

Well, we spent Sunday at Hershey Park - so I walked a lot - an aweful lot. But not enough to make up for all the chocolate I bought & consumed - I justified it because today is the offical 1st day of my new heallthy lifestyle.
