Hi! Just a note to tell you we had a great experience with IBEX. We used Tiffany in Dec. and were very disappointed with them. Maybe it was an isolated experience since I read since glowing reports on these boards about them. But I just couldn't see going with them after the way we were treated. I saw some good reports about IBEX on the intercot boards and decided to try them. They were on time, had a VERY nice car and were friendly. My husband had to come down two days later because of work, and they were there for him at 12:30 am at the airport. We will being using them again in November.

Do you have a website or phone # for IBEX? We also had a bad experience with the customer service end of Tiffany and I won't use them!

We are using them this Sat. July 7.
Do you know if we made res via email and have a confirmation # do I need to call and confirm?
Can we automatically request a grocery stop or do we have to plan this in advance?

Hi Amme, I made mine through e-mail, but called the day before just to make sure. We were lucky enough to be in concierge, so we didn't need a grocery stop. The owner of the company answered the phone every time we called. I noticed he had a cell phone and computer lap top in the car. So I would call ahead and make sure everything is requested before you leave. If you remember and have Omar, tell him Darla says hello. Have a great trip. We had bad thunderstorms every afternoon we were there. Hope the weather is better for you. And not too hot!
